Camera ICS is a free, fast, and easy-to-use camera app for Android. It allows you to capture photos and videos in high definition (HD), as well as panoramas.
There are tons of video recording effects you can apply as you record your surroundings. It also has a quiet mode where you can turn off the shutter sound.
What's more, you can choose where to store your recordings and captured images (internal storage or the SD card). You can also adjust the quality of the images you take.
